Office copier ready for service
How fast can you get a technician on site?

For customers inside Centennial, Englewood, Greenwood Village and Littleton we typically dispatch the same business day when you call before 2:00 PM. Contract customers have a guaranteed four-hour response window during business hours.

Do you service copiers you did not sell?

Yes. We are an independent service provider and work on all major brands regardless of where the equipment was purchased or leased.

What brands do you repair?

Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Sharp, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Toshiba, HP and Brother, covering both desktop multifunction units and floor-standing production devices.

How much does a service call cost?

Standard diagnostic visits are billed at a flat trip and labor rate, with parts quoted before installation. Contract customers pay nothing additional for covered repairs. Call for a current rate sheet.

Do you sell toner and parts?

Yes, both genuine OEM and vetted premium-compatible consumables, delivered locally across the Denver metro.

Can you help set up scanning to email or a network folder?

That is one of our most common calls. We configure SMTP relays, app passwords, SMB shares and cloud destinations, then document the settings for your records.

Do you offer maintenance contracts for small offices?

We do. Plans start at a single device and scale to full fleets, with cost-per-page or flat monthly options.

What areas do you serve?

Centennial and all of Arapahoe County, plus Douglas County, Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Castle Rock.
